Attorney, Ph.D. in legal sciences, Assistant Professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. An expert in criminal law in its broad sense, including criminal procedure, criminal fiscal law, criminal commercial law and misdemeanour law. He is interested in issues related to the use of preventive measures, the position of the victim in the criminal procedure, consensual procedures and the impact of the Constitution on the criminal procedure. Author of numerous publications in the field of criminal and constitutional law, including three monographs; co-author (together with prof. Paweł Wiliński) of the commentary to the Constitution, eds. M. Safjan and L. Bosek, as well as three educational works. Participant and coordinator of both international (DG Justice) and national science projects. He conducts lectures at the postgraduate studies of mediation as well as lectures at the SWPS University in mediation in criminal cases. Lecturer at Viadrina European University in Frankfurt/Oder (Collegium Polonicum). Received UAM Foundation scholarship for best graduates. He took part in an internship at Cambridge University (2018), Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg (2017), Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London, London School of Economics (2016) and others.
