Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he wrote an M.A. thesis concerning legal relationships between a Board Member and a limited company. Also studied at Universiteit Gent in Belgium within the framework of LLP-Erasmus program. Volunteer for European Football Championships UEFA EURO 2012 and legal advice volunteer.

Has experience in commercial companies law and employment law. The issues of mergers, divisions and transformations of companies all lie in the scope of his professional interests. 

Strengths

Perseverance in pursuing objectives, dedication, aspiration to improve his knowledge and skills, inquisitiveness and the command of English at C2 level (CAE exam), command of German at C1 level (Goethe-Zertifikat C1 exam), command of Italian at A1 level.

Experience: selected projects

Started working as a paralegal already during the third year of his university studies in a Poznań law firm Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak Kancelaria Radców Prawnych i Adwokatów sp.k. Worked as a lawyer for a year as well;

Participated in legal assistance for numerous entities and was counselling in employment law issues;

Actively participated in the process of merging capital companies;

Passed the FEAST test, mandatory in the recruitment process for the position of Air Traffic Controller, verifying the ability to perform under pressure and multitasking.
