Graduate of law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, (where he wrote an M.A. thesis in the field of mergers of capital companies, with particular focus on downstream mergers de lege lata and de lege ferenda) and a graduate of finance and accounting at the Poznań University of Economics and Business (major: equity investments and corporate finance strategies), where he defended his M.A. thesis concerning the usage of Leveraged Buy Out (LBO) in mergers and acquisitions.
