Meeting of the Department for Restructuring and Insolvency with Professor Feliks Zedler

Yesterday we had the pleasure to host Professor Feliks Zedler. Mr. Professor with the whole team of the Restructuring and Insolvency Department held a debate on the regulations concerning the recognition of actions taken against the mass of bankruptcy as ineffective.

During the meeting, issues concerning the construction of the Pauliana complaint and fraudulent actions against the mass of bankruptcy were raised.
