RUCH S.A. submitted a motion to open restructuring proceedings

RUCH S.A. has filed a motion for opening accelerated arrangement proceedings, under which it wants to enter into a partial arrangement with its creditors. The actions taken by the Company concern creditors who are entitled to receivables in the amount exceeding PLN 1 million. RUCH S.A. wants its creditors to agree to the proposed restructuring plan by the end of November.

At the same time, the Company asked the Court to consider the application as soon as possible on the basis of the scale of its operations.
