The court declared PartnerBud S.A.(formerly Awbud) bankrupt.

The Company’s Management Board informed that on August 21, the District Court in Częstochowa, announced the bankruptcy of PartnerBud S.A.

In the announcement on filing a bankruptcy petition, the Management Board of PartnerBud S.A. indicated that the decisions were influenced by the announcements made by the main shareholder, Murapol Group, to discontinue financing of PartnerBud. This is the result of a change in the strategy of Murapol Group. Moreover, the Company was to permanently lose its ability to perform its mature obligations.
