A number of concerns about Gent Holding

As time goes on, a number of doubts arise regarding Gent Holding.

Gent Holding (GH) is a real estate investment company. It consists of 26 companies. Since January, nine of them have been undergoing simplified restructuring proceedings to restore their financial liquidity.

The activities carried out so far by GH and individual companies raised doubts.Talking about:

• overdue financial statements,
• determining the moment of insolvency of companies,
• suspected of favoring certain creditors,
• suspicion of acting to the detriment of creditors.

Individual actions have become the subject of interest of the office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

All allegations against GH are consistently rejected by the former and current CEO.
