Change of the organizational structure in Energa Operator.
At Energa Operator, work is currently underway to transform the existing organizational chart. A combination of organizational units that carry out individual stages of the same process is taken into account. The consequence of introducing such changes is to be the concentration of responsibility and an increase in work efficiency.
Consultations with the public are carried out on these plans. The company’s representatives emphasize that the intended actions are not to lead to employment restructuring. However, it seems that these assurances do not reassure employees who doubt these words and declare that they do not want to change their working conditions.
It is worth recalling that Energa Operator is a subsidiary of Energa. In March 2020, PKN Orlen obtained approval from the European Commission to take over the Energa Group (we wrote about it here). The transaction was finalized in April 2021.
